Dear Parents,
We started off our week by reading The Matzah Man by, Naomi Howland and singing all our Passover songs. The children had quite a productive week, they finished their Haggadah, seder plate, and kiddush cup.
Our Religious School director, Ilana, came to each teach us about the ritual of Bedikat Chametz- cleaning up all the chametz to get ready for Passover. She read a story called Izzy the Whiz and Passover McClean. After, we found chametz around our classrooms with a flashlight, swept it onto a spoon with a feather and threw it all away.

We had a Passover seder on Tuesday with the entire school. We sang fun Passover songs such as Dayenu and Listen King Pharaoh. For the seder, we ate hard boiled eggs, charoset, tomatoes, cucumbers, matzah ball soup, grape juice, and matzah bread. Yum!
Have a wonderful Passover!
We look forward to seeing you on Monday April 10th.
Love,
Denise & Bonne
