Dear Parents,
We continued our Holiday Unit this week. The children created beautiful stained glass cards (bells, stars, trees, and dreidels).
We had a special visitor this week. Coach Jen arrived at the school with her action bus. The children had the best time, swinging from ropes, following an obstacle course, climbing up ropes and landing on a gigantic ball, and jumping on a trampoline.

The children worked on a craft stick snowman picture frame. They had so much fun cutting a circle and drawing a snowman's face on it. They also added a hat, mittens and boots. The children were so excited with it. They could hardly wait to bring it home and give it to you.
The children have also worked on other surprises but you will have to wait until the holiday to get them.
Music with Ms. Lisa:
The children enjoy listening The Bear Snores On
Clapping to the beat of the song
Ms. Lisa stamping the hand used to make a bow hold
The children practice making bunny ears
Having fun in other areas of the classroom:
The children practiced writing and sounding out the letter J. J is for jam, juice, and jar. J is for a jet that flies very far.
Love,
Ms. Bonne and Ms. Mallari
What a fun looking week with music and all! I had no idea the special bus would have such a great layout, very creative.
